nova Live/Real-time, Interactive, Webinars

Many states consider our real-time, live interactive webinars as “formal classroom” or “face-to-face” training.  We are in the process of getting written confirmation from each state to this effect.  The certificates will indicate that you participated in an interactive workshop.

States we have received formal confirmation that our interactive webinars would be acceptable to count toward the required live training:

  • Alaska Board of Professional Counselors
  • Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling (only webinars specifically approved by them, beginning 1-31-2018)
  • Connecticut Certification Board
  • Iowa Certification Board
  • Maryland Board of Professional Counselors
  • Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals (Must still apply for post approval:
  • Ohio Boards of Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy (must still apply for post-approval:
  • Pennsylvania boards of Social Work, Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy

Note:  Participants in states NOT requiring live CEUs can still take the webinars and receive CEU credit.  Additionally, if your state requires live CEUs, but is not listed, it means we have been unable to get a response either way about acceptability.

States NOT accepting webinars toward the live CEU requirement:

New Hampshire,  New Mexico and Tennessee still consider any form of webinar, live, or not, as homestudy

Cost: Starting at less than $1  per person per contact hour.
